• The activity location is Al Seef, Bur Dubai. Therefore, guests can reach the location via public transport or rent a luxury car to reach here. Alternatively, we provide private transfers on the New Year’s Eve.
• However, airport transfers are unavailable.
• Transfer timing may be adjusted due to traffic delays or route distance.
• Private transfer might be restricted in areas that are affected by road closures after 4 PM.
• Weather-related safety measures by the coast guard might result in a route change.
• Wait for the team to share the exact location and the details of the contact person one or two days before the scheduled activity date.
• Kids can participate in the activity when accompanied by their guardians.
• The boat leaves on time and cannot be held for anyone.
• Guests who miss the tour or arrive late will not receive a refund.

• The drop-off will be done between 2:30 am and 3 am.

By Metro-The most economical way to reach Al Seef is via metro. Get down at the Burjuman Metro Station.

Cancellation Policy

• Once the tour is booked, it cannot be cancelled, and a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
• We retain the right to cancel the tour and refund your payment if the product is not available post-booking.
• In case the booking is canceled from our side for any reason, the refund will take 7 to 14 days to reflect in your bank statement.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

• Children between 3 and 10 years old must book child tickets.
• Others above 10 years old must book standard tickets.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Situations Where the Organizer May Cancel the Event

1. Weather & Sea Conditions

If the sea becomes rough or the weather is unsafe, the captain or organizer may choose to postpone, cancel, or adjust the timing of the event for guest safety.

2. Technical or Safety-Related Breakdowns

Any mechanical fault, safety hazard, or operational malfunction on the Cruise can lead to the event being cancelled.

3. Minimum Guest Requirement (Shared Cruise)

Shared cruise trips depend on the required number of participants. If this minimum is not reached before the deadline, the organizer will cancel the trip.

4. Major External Disruptions

Events such as natural calamities, government-imposed restrictions, major emergencies, pandemics, or similar large-scale issues may result in cancellations without any added liability.

5. Refund Conditions

Guests will only receive the exact amount they paid. No extra compensation or additional benefits will be provided.

6. Third-Party Costs Not Covered

Any charges related to travel, accommodation, or bookings made through external providers are not the organizer’s responsibility.

7. Liability Limitation

The organizer’s responsibility is limited to returning the charter fee. They are not accountable for weather impacts or missed highlights like fireworks that are affected by conditions beyond their control.
