Any mechanical fault, safety hazard, or operational malfunction on the Cruise can lead to the event being cancelled.
Shared cruise trips depend on the required number of participants. If this minimum is not reached before the deadline, the organizer will cancel the trip.
Events such as natural calamities, government-imposed restrictions, major emergencies, pandemics, or similar large-scale issues may result in cancellations without any added liability.
Guests will only receive the exact amount they paid. No extra compensation or additional benefits will be provided.
