• Private transfers may be restricted in zones affected by road closures after 4 PM.
• In case of weather advisories, the coast guard may modify the cruise route for safety.
• You will receive the exact boarding location and contact details 1–2 days prior to the event.

How to Reach?

By Metro-The most economical way to reach Al Seef is via metro. Get down at the Burjuman Metro Station.
By Bus- Bus lines 29, C10, and 33 will drop you at your destination.
By Private Transfers- Alternatively, private transfers are available on New Year’s Eve to reach the location.

Cancellation Policy

• Once the tour is booked, it cannot be cancelled, and a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
• We retain the right to cancel the tour and refund your payment if the product is not available post-booking.
• In case the booking is canceled from our side for any reason, the refund will take 7 to 14 days to reflect in your bank statement.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a guest wishes to cancel their New Year booking due to a medical reason, a valid medical certificate or supporting documents must be provided. Refund requests related to health conditions will only be reviewed after the necessary documentation is submitted and verified. The Company reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not include acceptable proof or does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

If the sea becomes rough or the weather is unsafe, the captain or organizer may choose to postpone, cancel, or adjust the timing of the event for guest safety.

2. Technical or Safety-Related Breakdowns

Any mechanical fault, safety hazard, or operational malfunction on the Cruise can lead to the event being cancelled.

3. Minimum Guest Requirement (Shared Cruise)

Shared cruise trips depend on the required number of participants. If this minimum is not reached before the deadline, the organizer will cancel the trip.

4. Major External Disruptions

Events such as natural calamities, government-imposed restrictions, major emergencies, pandemics, or similar large-scale issues may result in cancellations without any added liability.

5. Refund Conditions

Guests will only receive the exact amount they paid. No extra compensation or additional benefits will be provided.

6. Third-Party Costs Not Covered

Any charges related to travel, accommodation, or bookings made through external providers are not the organizer’s responsibility.

7. Liability Limitation

The organizer’s responsibility is limited to returning the charter fee. They are not accountable for weather impacts or missed highlights like fireworks that are affected by conditions beyond their control.
